East Fife Football Club can confirm that Ewan McLeod has returned to Dunfermline Athletic following the completion of his loan spell.

Ewan made a total of 16 appearances in black and gold during his time at Bayview, making his debut against Peterhead in August. From the outset, he caught the eye with a series of assured performances at right back, combining defensive solidity with a strong attacking intent down the flank.

One of the highlights of his spell came in September, when he was named Man of the Match for an impressive display against Montrose.

Unfortunately, Ewan suffered an injury during the match against Kelty Hearts in October and has not featured since. He now returns to his parent club to continue his rehabilitation.
