East Fife Football Club is delighted to confirm the signing of forward Tommy Goss on a season-long loan from Annan Athletic.

Tommy began his senior career with Queen of the South, signing in 2020 from Dumfries and Galloway side Abbey Vale. He made 15 appearances for the Doonhamers during the 2020/21 season before moving to Annan Athletic in the summer of 2021.

Since arriving at Galabank, Goss has established himself as one of the most prolific forwards in the lower leagues, making over 100 appearances and scoring more than 50 goals in all competitions during his time at the Galabankies.

The 27-year-old striker, who will wear squad number 24, joined up with the team at training this evening and will be available for selection for Saturday’s match against Alloa Athletic, subject to SFA approval.

Manager Dick Campbell welcomed the addition to his squad, saying:

“Tommy’s a proven goalscorer at this level and someone I’ve admired for a while. He brings good experience, a physical presence up front, and a real eye for goal. He trained with us tonight and already looks like he’ll be a great asset for us.”

Welcome to Bayview Tommy!
