Myles Gaffney Signs Permanent Deal with East Fife

East Fife Football Club is delighted to announce the signing of Myles Gaffney on a 1-year contract.

The 22-year-old forward spent the second half of last season on loan at Bayview from Annan Athletic, with his appearances unfortunately restricted through injury.

Despite that setback, Myles showed promising glimpses of his quality during his time with the club, most notably scoring on his full debut against Queen of the South in March.

Myles came through the youth ranks at Hamilton Academical before moving to Cove Rangers in the summer of 2023. He joined Annan last summer and continued his development with a series of strong performances in the forward areas.

“I really enjoyed my spell here last season and I’m delighted to make the move permanent. The boys, staff and supporters made me feel welcome straight away and I’m looking forward to getting back for pre-season and showing what I can do.”

“We didn’t see the full potential of Myles last season because of injury, but he showed glimpses of what he can bring to the team, particularly in the Queen of the South game. We’re delighted to have him back again and we’re looking forward to working with him.”

Everyone at East Fife would like to welcome Myles back to Bayview and wish him every success in black and gold.
