Stephen Mill works in the Health and Social Care sector as a trainer and assessor in Dundee. A lifelong East Fife supporter, Stephen first attended Bayview Park on his seventh birthday in 1971, lifted over the turnstile, and has followed the team home and away ever since. Raised in Leven, he developed a passion for the club’s history from an early age and is a keen collector of East Fife programmes and memorabilia.
Stephen’s involvement with the club’s media team began in 2008 as a contributor to the matchday programme. In 2012, he volunteered as a matchday commentator for a visually impaired supporter – a role that later extended to East Fife TV. A founding member of the East Fife Supporters’ Trust, Stephen joined the Board of Directors in February 2015 as the EFST representative before stepping down from that role and continuing as an independent director in 2023. That same year, he was elected Chairman of the Fife Football Association.
On the board, Stephen remains an active member of the media team and continues to provide commentary for both East Fife TV and visually impaired supporters. He also offers matchday stadium tours, assists with historical enquiries relating to the club, and serves as the club’s Disability Access Officer – promoting an inclusive and welcoming environment for all supporters
