Following our initial announcement regarding the club’s share issue, we are pleased to provide the following update:

After the first phase of expressions of interest, there are now approximately 6,000 ordinary shares still available for purchase.

Supporters who have already registered an interest but have not yet completed payment are strongly encouraged to do so as soon as possible, as any unpaid allocations may be released to other interested parties.

Shares are available at £4.50 per share (minimum purchase: 100 shares) and carry the same rights and privileges as all existing ordinary shares in the company.

As outlined previously, funds raised will be directed towards:

• First team development – resources for the manager and coaching staff
• Infrastructure improvements – including repairs to the stadium roof box gutters and refurbishment of the hospitality lounge
