East Fife FC would like to extend our sincere thanks to John Allison, who joined us as our Hospitality Guest of Honour at the MGM Timber Bayview Stadium on Saturday.

A key member of the dramatic 2003 promotion-winning side under Jim Moffat, John remains a popular figure with the Bayview faithful, and it was fantastic to welcome him back to the club.

John spent the afternoon meeting supporters, sharing memories from his time in black and gold, and catching up with his former manager Jim Moffat in the hospitality lounge.

Reflecting on his return, John said:

“I had a brilliant day back at Bayview. The hospitality was superb and I was made to feel like a superstar! It was great to meet so many supporters who remembered me, and to catch up with my old gaffer, Jim Moffat. The result made the day. Onwards and upwards. Keep the good work going.”

Everyone at East Fife FC would like to thank John for his time, his company, and his continued affection for the club. We hope to welcome him back to Bayview again soon.
