East Fife FC would like to extend our sincere thanks to Paul Burt for joining us as our Hospitality Guest at the MGM Timber Bayview Stadium this weekend.

Paul made his East Fife debut at just 16 years old in 1979, going on to enjoy a memorable spell with the club. His favourite season in black and gold was 1983/84, when he was part of the side that produced one of the most famous nights in Bayview Park history by knocking Hibernian out of the Scottish Cup, before going on to win promotion to the First Division.

Paul attended Saturday’s match alongside his brother Durham, with both brothers being life-long East Fife supporters who continue to follow the Fifers home and away. It was a pleasure to welcome them into hospitality and spend time reminiscing about some great moments from the club’s past.

Everyone at East Fife FC would like to thank Paul for joining us and for his continued support of the club. We hope to welcome him back to Bayview again soon.
