East Fife vs Queen of the South – Preview by Oli Anderson
📍 MGM Timber Bayview Stadium, Methil | 🗓️ Saturday 24th January | 🕒 Kick-off: 3:00pm

⚔️ The Challenge Ahead

East Fife continue to struggle for form, as another defeat on Tuesday night sees play-offs slip further from our grasp. Today however, we have a chance to rectify that as we host Queen of the South. Tuesday’s result marks five consecutive defeats for the club, as we endure our longest dry spell in front of goal too. We have failed to find the net in each of those defeats, but there is hope that this can change today.

Queen of the South have had some impressive results in their last six games, most notably defeating Dunfermline in the KDM Evolution Trophy before Christmas. The other standout result is their 4-1 dismantling of Hamilton Accies. Their recent defeats have all come away from home but were both against strong opposition in League Leaders Stenhousemuir (2-0) and Championship outfit Raith Rovers (1-0).
