East Fife Football Club is pleased to announce the signing of Omar Elharek, who has joined the club on a deal until the end of the season.

The 19-year-old attacking midfielder arrives at Bayview following his most recent spell with Al Jazira in the United Arab Emirates, and adds further quality and creativity to the squad.

Omar has also gained international experience, having been capped at Under-20 level for Libya, and has been training with the East Fife squad for the past couple of months while awaiting international clearance.

He has already pulled on the black and gold, making his East Fife debut on Tuesday against Inverness, and will wear squad number 14 during his time with the club.

Everyone at East Fife would like to welcome Omar to Bayview and wish him every success for the remainder of the season.
