Applications are now invited for the position of First-Team Manager.
We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and forward-thinking football manager. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a meaningful contribution to this Scottish League 1 club and help realise our potential.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent man-management skills and the ability to build a competitive first team squad as well as overseeing the pathway from our Under 20 squad.
This is a part-time position.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing all first-team football activities.
- Developing and implementing a clear playing philosophy and tactical approach.
- Identifying, recruiting and developing players within the club’s budget.
- Planning and delivering training sessions and match preparation.
- Building a positive, disciplined and competitive team culture.
- Working with the club’s board and football staff to achieve agreed objectives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in football coaching or management, preferably within the senior or semi-professional game.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of the Scottish football landscape and player market.
- The ability to motivate players, staff and those connected with the club.
- A clear vision for building a competitive and sustainable first team.
Relevant SFA coaching qualifications, such as UEFA A or minimum B licence, and a proven track record will be required.
